This page explains how MeroTrek users can request account deletion and what data is deleted when the request is completed.

How to request account deletion

Users can request deletion of their MeroTrek account directly from inside the app.

  • Open Account Settings in the MeroTrek app.
  • Select the account deletion option and follow the confirmation steps.
  • If you cannot access the app, email merotrek.official@gmail.com from the email address linked to your MeroTrek account.

When account deletion is completed, MeroTrek removes or anonymizes the account profile and associated personal data from the live app experience, subject to limited retention for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and required backup recovery windows.

Request deletion

Use the in-app deletion flow in Account Settings, or contact support by email if you cannot sign in.

What is deleted

Your account profile, linked account data, and related personal information tied to normal app usage are deleted or anonymized.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited time where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security investigations, or backup restoration.
